S&W was certified as a Family-Friendly Company on December 16, 2021.
The certification is granted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family to companies and public institutions that operate family-friendly programs in an exemplary way, after assessing the programs in place, employee satisfaction with family-friendly management, and the leadership of top management.
With this certification, the company plans to run a range of family-friendly programs so that work-life balance is practiced and a culture that lets employees combine work and family life takes root.
