60 yearsof working steel.

Founded in 1967 as Shinil Nut Industrial, a bolt and nut maker, S&W Corporation has grown into a precision parts manufacturer that forges, machines and heat-treats metal entirely in-house — from core components for marine diesel engines to special fasteners for nuclear and plant applications and its own forgings.

    Material Cutting

Raw material is cut to specification.

  2. 02

    Forging

Shaped with our own hammers and presses.

  3. 03

    CNC · MCT Machining

Precision machining from roughing to cam profiles.

  4. 04

    Heat Treatment

Quenching, tempering and normalizing for structure and strength.

  5. 05

    Grinding

Bores, outer diameters and profiles are ground.

  6. 06

    Surface · Induction Hardening

Surface hardness and wear resistance are raised.

Next 60

The challenge of the next 60 years

With technology proven in the most demanding places, we knock on the doors of harder markets.

  1. 01

    Eco-friendly Marine Engines

Shipbuilding is moving to next-generation fuels such as LNG and methanol. Even as the fuel changes, the precision demanded of camshafts, valves and fastening bolts only rises.

  2. 02

    Nuclear · Power Generation

Approved as a nuclear parts supplier in 1984, we have supplied the most demanding fasteners for power plants under the KEPIC and ASME quality systems.

  3. 03

    Defense · Next-generation Materials

As a Defense Venture partner company we develop precision parts for defense, and we are preparing heat-resistant alloy technology for gas turbine blades.
