Environment, Safety and Health Policy
Statement
S&W Corporation complies with environmental, safety and health regulations and guidelines, builds an organic system for environmental protection and occupational safety and health through practicable improvement activities and sustainable management, takes part in the environmental, safety and health initiatives of the local community, and provides active management support so that these activities succeed. To this end we establish the following policy.

- Continuous environmental, safety and health education and training
- An organic system with customers and the local community for environmental protection and occupational safety and health
- Active management support for smooth environmental, safety and health activities
- A safe and healthy working environment through risk assessment
This policy is understood at every level of the organization and deployed into practicable, documented objectives. The system is operated in conformity with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, reviewed through the management audit committee, operational meetings, the industrial safety and health committee and other channels of communication, and continually improved under the head of the department in charge of EHS management as system owner.
